We are thrilled to share that Mat Zero has been awarded the Climate and Sustainability Award at this year’s Conduit Young Innovators Awards! This recognition marks an incredible milestone for our journey as we work to bring safe, sustainable, and life-saving warmth.

Attending the Conduit Young Innovators Awards was an inspiring experience. The room was filled with talented and visionary entrepreneurs, each presenting groundbreaking ideas aimed at tackling some of the world's biggest challenges. It was a privilege to stand alongside such innovators, all working to create a more sustainable and equitable future.

To all the finalists, congratulations! Your work is shaping industries, communities, and lives, and it was an honour to be among such incredible changemakers.

This award comes at a pivotal time for Mat Zero. The investment and recognition will help us take the next big step, launching our first rollout of heated mats and conducting field tests in real-world conditions. This funding will directly support our mission of providing warmth to displaced communities, refugees, and those facing extreme cold without access to safe heating solutions.

One of the most memorable moments of the evening was hearing from Victoria Prew, founder of HURR. Her journey as a female entrepreneur was both powerful and motivating, offering a candid look at the resilience needed to navigate the challenges of building a business. Her words left a lasting impression, reinforcing the drive to push forward with our mission.
