At Mat Zero, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

UK Orders
Orders are processed within 3 business days and typically arrive within 2-3 business days via DPD.

International Orders (EU, USA, and Rest of World)
Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7 business days via FedEx.

Please note: for orders shipped outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of your order or your shipping cost, and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of these charges before placing your order.
